Principal Security Consultant
Kwang Hwee is the Principal Security Consultant at Thales, bringing over 20 years of expertise in information technology and cybersecurity. He is a strategic lead in architecting and deploying advanced application and data security solutions, ensuring seamless technical execution and robust protection for global organisations.
Prior to joining Thales, Kwang Hwee led security support and consultancy services at NTT Security, where he served as the Lead Security Consultant for their Global Security Operations Centre (SOC). In this capacity, he managed critical security services for Fortune 500 companies worldwide.
Kwang Hwee holds a Bachelor of Computing (Business Systems) from Monash University, where he was inducted into the Golden Key International Honour Society. A highly credentialed expert, he maintains an extensive suite of industry certifications, including CISSP, GSEC, GCIH, CCSE, and JNCIS-SEC, reflecting his deep proficiency across multi-vendor security ecosystems.
