Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the prize giveaway during our webinar: Accelerating Environmental Sustainability with Your Data

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must attend the entire webinar to be eligible for the prize draw.

  • Only individuals who are registered and attend the webinar on the scheduled date are eligible to participate.

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of countries where Grab or Amazon services are available.

  • Employees, affiliates, or partners of the organizing company and their immediate family members are not eligible for the giveaway.

2. Prizes

  • 5 Winners: Each will receive a USD 100 Voucher, redeemable on Grab or Amazon.

  • 1 Grand Prize Winner: A brand-new Apple Watch Series 10.

  • The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.

3. Selection of Winners

  • Winners will be selected randomly from the list of participants who have stayed for the entire duration of the webinar.

  • The draw will be conducted at the end of the webinar.

  • Winners will be announced live during the webinar and should be present. If not present, another draw will be conducted

  • Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided within 48 hours.

  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, they will forfeit the prize.

4. Prize Delivery

  • The USD 100 voucher will be delivered electronically via email.

  • The Apple Watch Series 10 will be shipped to the winner’s provided address within 30 days of the webinar.

  • The organizing company will not be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply to the shipment of prizes.

5. Disqualification

  • The organizing company reserves the right to disqualify any participant if fraudulent activity, multiple entries, or any violation of these terms and conditions is suspected.

  • The company’s decision regarding any aspect of the giveaway, including eligibility and the selection of winners, is final and binding.

6. Data Privacy

  • By participating, you agree that your contact information (name and email) may be used by the organizing company to administer the giveaway and communicate with you regarding your participation.

  • Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required for the delivery of the prize.

7. General Conditions

  • The organizing company reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time, including due to technical issues, fraud, or any other factor beyond their control.

  • Participation in the giveaway constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The organizing company is not liable for any technical difficulties, delays, or failures that may affect participation or prize delivery.

  • The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

By participating in the giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
