These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations of Elevate Space's Exclusive promotions for Hitachi iQ Launch Webinar

1. Early Bird Special:

1.1. The Early Bird Special promotion is valid for the first 100 attendees who shows up and remain present until the conclusion of the session for the specified event.

1.2. The reward for the Early Bird Special is a $10 Grab or Amazon Voucher, subject to availability and at the discretion of the event organizers.

1.3. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

1.4. Attendee entry time stamps will be captured and reviewed through Demio generated post-event report.

1.5. Eligible participants will receive the Grab or Amazon vouchers electronically via email within 7 working days.

1.6. The event organizers reserve the right to amend or cancel the Early Bird Special promotion at any time without prior notice.

2. iPhone 15 Giveaway:

2.1. The iPhone 15 Giveaway is open to all participants of the specified event or session.

2.2. Participation in the iPhone 15 Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2.3. The winner of the iPhone 15 Giveaway will be selected at random from the pool of eligible participants.

2.4. The prize for the iPhone 15 Giveaway is one iPhone 15, subject to availability and at the discretion of the event organizers.

2.5. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

2.6. The winner of the iPhone 15 Giveaway will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of registration.

2.7. If the winner fails to respond within the specified time frame or is unable to accept the prize, the event organizers reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

2.8. The event organizers reserve the right to amend or cancel the iPhone 15 Giveaway promotion at any time without prior notice.
